Best « pulpo a la plancha » ever, and delicious fresh pasta too (with fresh mushrooms, fresh tomatoes and fresh garlic). Quite « simple » cooking but « as good as at home » with fresh products. Nice people, nice light, and nice music. Thanks Again !

We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. The beef filet was undercooked and we had to send it back, but it was tender and juicy when it came back. The pasta was a bit too firm for our liking, but the sauce was delicious and creamy. The bread was perhaps the highlight of the meal, fresh and warm with amazing tomato sauce and olive oil. The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We would like to give this place another try and sample some other dishes.

Excellent chateaubriand! Served rare, and we got to finalize it on a hot stone. 3 sauces and plenty of vegetables and potatoes as well. The waiter is a gem, very attentative and obviously experienced. Deserts were really good as well.

This place turned out to be the real deal in a place full of tourist traps. The food exceeded expectations being made of superb ingredients with complex, thought-out flavours and textures. The house wines paired well. The service was courteous. It was a high quality experience and I recommend it highly.

Located at Calle Explanada del Castillete, Lomo Quiebre, Restaurante Plaza enjoys a prime position right in the main plaza overlooking the harbour, making it a charming locale in the heart of Puerto de Mogán. The ambience is upscale yet welcoming, with tasteful décor and a cosy, professional atmosphere. Staff are consistently described as attentive and friendly, contributing to an overall polished dining experience. Many diners rave about the warm, fresh bread served with tomato sauce and olive oil as a standout starter. Expect a refined menu featuring premium steaks, fresh seafood, pastas, and rich desserts. However, during my visit, I found the steak presentation to be visually appealing, served with a selection of sauces (extra) and on an elegant plate, but the cooking level didn’t match UK medium expectations. Although ordered as medium, the steak appeared rare at first and needed more time on the grill for comfort. Despite sending it back briefly, the second portion was better, but still leaned rare by UK standards, though often still juicy and tender once corrected, Thus, British diners may wish to specify “just above medium” to ensure the proper doneness. Despite that quibble, the quality of ingredients, thoughtful plating, and harbour-side location make Restaurante Plaza a worthy visit, especially for those seeking a stylish dining experience overlooking the picturesque harbour plaza of Puerto de Mogán.
